Private and Semi-Private Sessions
Protect My Net offers both Private and Semi-Private lessons which offer the opportunity to work on specific skills that may need attention and to learn new skills for continuous development.
The sessions are customized to the specific goalie needs which allows them to learn, practice and fine tune all elements of their game with the continuity of the same instructor.
These sessions are currently being offered at a location in the West Island of Montreal and can be scheduled to meet your needs.
Team Practices & League Clinics
How often are goalies forgotten in team practices? Coaches are busy planning drills for a large group of players yet we forget that one player that is necessary for a game to even happen!!
Goalie is one of the toughest positions to learn and they do require specialized drills in a team setting in order for them to progress and grow.
Team Practices:
Attend team practices to work directly with individual goalies
Provide game reviews
Prepare and develop specific drills for coaches to implement during regular ice time
League Clinics:
Develop and implement clinics for your league
Weekly, monthly, quarterly
Mental Preparation
In addition to enhancing on-ice performance, our program also addresses the mental aspects of the game. Goalies will learn valuable skills to deal with the psychological challenges of winning, overcoming defeat, and becoming an integral part of their team. Mental preparation is a critical foundation often overlooked but essential for overall performance and well-being. Start your child's mental training early, and watch it make a difference both on and off the ice.
Dek/Ball Hockey
Dek/Ball Hockey is booming in Canada, especially in the province of Quebec and there are leagues everywhere.
Protect My Net developed and implemented a Goalie Development Clinic for Vise L’excellence Junior Ball Hockey League which continued even past the end of the season.
We can offer clinics for your league or team.
Our instructor Lana, has played ball hockey goalie for over 20 years in women’s, men’s and coed leagues all around the island of Montreal and the environs.
